Roles & Responsibilities
1) Extensive experience in Automate NAIC Compliance With Statutory Reporting Software, State forms compliance & Premium tax
2) Knowledge in Annual statement preparation, accounting guidance, tax compliance and statutory accounting from insurance accounting
3) Report annual and quarterly statements to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and states
4) Manually cross-checking data in Statutory reports
5) Manually re-entering redundant sets of data for NAIC statement and state compliance forms
6) Adding notes to financial statements
7) Manually monitoring NAIC and state filing changes
8) Eliminate the need to generate returns, intrastate returns or manual listings through automation.
9) Knowledge in automatic data additions, adjustments, corrections and validations based on custom accuracy settings
10) Knowledge in understanding existing data from legacy (e.g SAP, Java,SQL), host and ERP systems
9) Takes direction well but must work independently, Team player, strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills.
11) Should support and resolve all business-related queries and issues during the close periods
12) Good understanding on consolidation and reconciliation process
14) Should have knowledge and trouble shooting skills on application server w.r.t Wings.
15) Sound knowledge and working exposure on the automation feed processing in wings
16) Excellent communications, presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization on a regular basis.
17) Experience in SQL will be an advantage
